Product Repair

If equipment needs to be returned to Partech for repair or service the following address should be used:

Please include the following information with the returned equipment. Also ensure that sensor is clean and adequately protected for transportation (Advice on packing can be provided by our service department).

1) Contact name and phone number of person authorising the repair
2) Site details including application sample point
3) Return address for equipment
4) Description of fault or service required
5) Any special safety precautions because of nature of application

Please feel free to contact us prior to returning any items to discuss the problem, it may be possible to solve the problem over the phone or by email, altenatively a site visit may be an alternative may of getting your products up and running again.
