One of our multi skilled Sales Engineers Paul Norman recently visited a site. He visited to replace, install and comission a Galvanic DO probe that was found to be faulty.
This could have meant Rupert Phillips or Paul Deacon our techincal engineers returning from Cornwall to carry out half a days work. Paul Norman carried out the visit instead of Paul Deacon or Rupert Phillips travelling 8 hours each way for the work.
This proves our good customer service. Our multi skilled engineers know enough about our products to carry our service and site work.
Paul Norman has also been carrying out training across the country during the pandemic. He has changed the training to meet COVID-19 health and safety rules. He has helped lots of customers throughout this time. Watch this space for more infomation on the training.
