We are delighted to announce that the success of our Systems Integration and After Sales Service operation has allowed us to move the team to a new business unit. This move is combined with the addition of a new team member to provide an even better service to our customers.
Recent successes for the team have included the supply, installation and commissioning of 48 Sludge Blanket Monitors complete with low power radio telemetry and protective enclosures for Thames Water’s Deephams treatment works, installation of an early warning system for Organic Pollution at one of the UK’s leading breweries and continuation of our support for Phosphate and Aluminium Analysers within South West Water.
This team is a key part of our company providing close support to our customers, the new facility will provide a larger fabrication and testing area, a more efficient workflow and room for customer training. Martin Hughes who leads the team commented “the last 2 years has seen a significant increase in the scope of work that we are undertaking, this new building will allow us to provide an even better service to our customers.”
The system integration team undertake work ranging from placing monitors into protective enclosures, pre-wired with isolators and communication links, through integration of analysers and controllers with sample pumps, to full kiosks with heating, lighting along with associated cable installation and ground works. We also have a wide range of PLC programming skills and can provide data handling via HMI screens and web hosting services.
