Paul has led our technical support team for the past 5 years, providing support to our customers all over the country. From visiting sites each week to sitting in an office, Paul has decided to change roles and has become our Operations Manager.
The Partech Operations Manager is responsible to lead Partech’s overall operations including supply chain management, materials management, compliance management, Production planning, and the manufacture of Partech’s instrumentation. The Operations manager is the champion that drives continuous improvements as it relates to safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity. The Operations Manager leads and develops internal talent and the development of processes that support In-Situ’s growth goals through the utilization of lean manufacturing tools and principles.

Having enjoyed my time at Partech when the opportunity to take on the Operations Manager position arose I jumped at it. I am very thankful to be given this opportunity and look forward to developing and improving the operations side of the business.”
